This process requires management of project resource allocation, identification of stakeholder weights, and identification of project risks. At the same time, a project promotion plan should be issued, clarifying the detailed node plan for the entire process from project initiation to acceptance.
Project design phase
An effective design plan should anticipate and eliminate all foreseeable or unforeseeable risks during the design phase. This not only ensures the smooth execution of the project in the later stage, but also reduces the time and money waste caused by material rework due to unreasonable design.
Design task assignment meeting

Verification of risk countermeasures
Conduct phased countermeasures and verification for the technically responsible projects in the Project Risk Management Table, confirm the effectiveness of the project promotion plan, and control risks in the early stage.
Quality inspection and actual inspection
The project technical leader confirms whether the product meets the requirements of the technical agreement and whether the NC items have been rectified; The person in charge of debugging checks whether the debugging records are complete, whether there are any missing items, and whether debugging is carried out item by item on each unit; The person in charge of inspection checks whether the inspection is in place.

Organize pre - and post shift meetings every day
Pre shift meeting: The on-site person in charge will explain the work arrangement and safety precautions for the day. The reporting format is: number of on duty staff/work plan/safety precautions/photos of personnel queuing, etc.
Post shift meeting: organized by the Deputy General Manager in charge of Operations Management Department, the project technical leader, department managers, sales managers, and on-site staff will track and handle the work situation and problem points of the day through online and offline meetings. The on-site personnel need to accurately measure the installation results of the day to ensure the work results. The reporting format is: actual attendance of on duty staff/work results/summary of safety hazards encountered on duty/preparation for the next day's work/photos of personnel queuing, etc.
Project acceptance management
The sales department collects problem points from customers three months in advance before acceptance, and the operations department organizes relevant departments to analyze and solve the problem list, gradually completing the process. Hold weekly problem management meetings to promptly address and resolve issues, in order to facilitate the final acceptance of the project.
Project Summary Management
The completion of a project without an in-depth summary will not bring effective motivation to the enterprise. Jing Yuan is well aware of the importance and necessity of summarizing. After the completion of acceptance and delivery of each project, the main project leader will be organized to hold a project summary meeting, and a series of key factors such as problem points encountered during the project process, project budget and material costs, project risks, and equipment change after-sales will be analyzed and summarized.
